[PPPM-2936] fault in migration manager since 12.0.18 MU#75

Thanks for the tip, but i never "just do something"

I use an old server as test server and i test every migration for every server on that test server first.
First of see what the errors are and fix them before the real migration. The test migration is done as many times as needed until the errors are gone. But mainly to see how long the migration will take so i can inform the clients.

All our servers are installed by cloning a perfect server with FSArchiver, so the test server can be re-installed in a few minutes if (read when) i mess that up.

It only costs me a bit of power and a plesk licence, but in the end it saves me a whole lot of trouble.

I figured that already out, i.e. I was aware of the fact that you did some elaborate testing (as every should be doing, before migration).
