Resolved [PPPM-4013] Plesk key update deferral notification

Hi,

I am having trouble with automatic license updates. I have to manually update die Plesk and Dr. Web license monthly.

For the Plesk key I always get following E-Mail message:

Unable to update PLSK020260xxxxx: an error occurred while processing your key. You can try to retrieve the key manually in Plesk (Tools & Settings > License Management) or let Plesk try to update it in the next 24 hours. If you do not want to receive this notification any more, remove this key from Plesk.

The license key is expired. Some features can be unavailable. Please contact your hosting provider.

Automatic update for Dr. Web key seems even not to be activated. There I alway get following E-Mail:
/etc/cron.daily/drweb-update:

ERROR: Dr.Web Updater: Key is expired, update process has been canceled !
See Dr.Web Updater log file for details.

How can I fix these problems?

This KB article refers to Plesk 11.5 and earlier. I have a 12.5.30 Update #19 running.

I ran the referred test.php anyway with following output:

Description: Key update disabled
Status update: Not required

Message "Key update disabled" does not match the notification "Unable to update PLSK020260xxxxx"...
Key updated seems to be enabled, but fails.

Any further suggestions. Monthly manual update would be annoying.

Try to get current status of your license from your sales representative.

What do you mean "manual update"? CLI command or what?

Login into Plesk Web-Interface and than navigate to the License Management
area -> Retrieve Key
 
Yes, issue is confirmed and under developer's investigation now in scope of ticket #2042010 for your reference.

Also, make sure that your curl support https protocol. Check it in output of command:
