Is it possible to allow customers to use the sitebuilder for free and using a folder of our domain ie URL. Ie host.com/CustomersSite

Sitebuilder can be used without any authentication if plan for trial sites exists. In this case customer could create their sites but, unfortunately, could not publish it, because publishing process accessible only for registered in Sitebuilder users. Before making a purchase I can suggest you to check Sitebuilder documentation and try it on demo site:

For which purposes do you wish to use folder host.com/CustomersSite? It is not quite clear, please specify.
