To successfully utilize Plesk Migration Manager it's necessary to properly configure network settings:
1. You may have firewall enabled and you need to open some ports to get connection come through:
On Windows servers
For data transferring:
tcp 135
tcp 139
tcp 445
udp 137
udp 138
For PMM:
tcp 6489 ( or other )
on Linux server:
tcp: 22
2. Server's network settings. “Client for Microsoft Networks” and “File and Printer Sharing for Microsoft Networks” must be installed.
-----
Start->Settings->Network Connections->Local Area Connection click `Properties` button.
There “Client for Microsoft Networks” and “File and Printer Sharing for Microsoft Networks” should be present. If there are not you need to installed them.
You can test connection to server with PMM Agent using start->run-> \\хxх.хxх.хxх.ххх\c$
where xхх.xхх.хxх.ххх is IP address of your server.
And if `Network sharing` ports are opened you can acces windows administrators’s share folders.
