Private Directories not Working

Hi,

Recently we have installed the autoupdater tool in our server, and installed all the avariable hotfixes. Since then Private Directories are not working anymore, well we can create private directories and users but there is no way to log in the protectes folders.

We've readed that some people have to log 2 times to get in, and we tried, but no way, we enter the user and password 3 times and nothing, it's not working.

Has anybody the same problem ? Or have some information about how the protected directories work (Cos I know is a plesk feature) so we can try to find a solution ?

Having same problem.

Create a directory - then try and protect it, add a username and password - doesnt work at all !
