Privileges of my database user - PLESK

Hi all,

I have created database and an user for it, in PLESK web hosting using phpmyadmin tool.

I would like to know the default privilege of the database user, like, DML privileges any?

Or, whether the administrator of PLESK has to give authentication to the user that I have created?

I am stuck up, upon connection through a Java application of the same machine. It throws the following exception:

Unable to connect to any hosts due to exception: java.net.SocketException: java.security.AccessControlException: access denied (java.net.SocketPermission xxx.xxx.xxx.xx:3306 connect,resolve)
