Problem Control Panel and Streaming Videos WMS

good evening, i have installed Plesk control panel in windows 2003 but i am having some problems such as: when i use something of the system without using the Plesk, the next message is appeared when i go into the webside:

i dont know why... also i am trying to allow an user to use the windows media player service to he can send through our hosting

I haver never try it on plesk, but it make problems on windows server whitout plesk too.
