Problem during plesk upgrade to

BRAHM

Basic Pleskian
Os:
Cent OS 5.11 (final)

Plesk:
plesk-core-12.0.18-cos5.build1200140606.16
psa-12.0.18-cos5.build1200140606.16

I have tried to upgrade to plesk 12. 5 and I got this error log:

starting spamassassin service... done
Plesk: Starting Mail Server... already started
ERROR 1146 (42S02) at line 1: Table 'psa.DomainServices' doesn't exist
ERROR 1146 (42S02) at line 1: Table 'psa.sessions' doesn't exist
Starting psa... Starting sw-engine-fpm:

ERROR 1146 (42S02) at line 1: Table 'psa.ServiceNodeConfiguration' doesn't exist
***** problem report *****
ERROR while trying to execute SQL query, the query was: ALTER TABLE `exp_event` ADD KEY `source` (source,`event_type`)
Check the error reason(see log file: /var/log/plesk/install/plesk_12.5.30_installation.log), fix and try again
Error: An error occurred during performing of installation PREP actions (see log for details). Installation was rolled back.
Warning! Not all packages were installed.
Please check if your system services are operable.
Please resolve this issue and try installing the packages again.
If you cannot resolve the issue on your own, contact product technical support for assistance.

Now, when I try to log in plesk I get this:

ERROR: Zend_Db_Statement_Exception: SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table 'psa.sessions' doesn't exist (Pdo.php:234)

Please give me directions to solve this!

What is output of command

# plesk version

do you have now?

I suppose that there is something wrong with mysql. You need to check mysql log at least.

It was a problem in plesk database. The support staff from parallels fixed it.

I am not sure if am I able to try to upgrade again without break plesk again.
