Problem in domains control panel (links to ftp-access, ssl, backup dont work)

When i go in a control panel of a domain in the "Websites & Domains" tab the links to "Ftp Access", "SSL Certificates", "Backup Manager" don't work (ex. https://*****:8443/smb/web/ftp-access shows "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage").

I found out that if i write manual the link https://*****:8443/plesk/client@2/domain@3/hosting/ftp-users/ i can see the page.

Also when i click the link with chrome browser i see the url (https://*****:8443/smb/redirect/ple...src=/smb/web/view&srcController=WebController) which also not works.

still nothing? can't correct it and can't find anything with plesk redirect problem in control panel...

I experience the exact same problem, but haven't tried with chrome browser. I've opened a ticket with plesk support and waiting for their help..

Is your server 64bits ?

no... Windows Server 2003 Standard (32bit with SP2)
