Problem in ExpirationDate Notification

Hello,

After I upgraded to Plesk 10.2, I receive no Notification email about accounts expiration and over usage warning,

I checked the scheduled plesk tasks, I every day receive a notification like this:

I'm on windows 2003 and plesk 10.2 with PowerPack
can any one help me ?
