Determining the packages that need to be installed.
ERROR: Unable to install the "psa-8.2.0-rhel4.build82070706.15.i586" package.

The following could cause the installation failure:
Packages "bind-libs-20:9.2.4-16.EL4.i386" and "bind-libs-20:9.2.4-24.EL4.i386" cannot be installed at the same time
because of the conflict on the file "/usr/lib/libdns.la"

I resolved this by not running any of the redhat updates until AFTER I installed Plesk. I'm sure there has to be a better way. I was working on a test box and re-installing RHEL5 was only 15 minutes worth of work.

Same thing here, installed plesk before applying all the updates. Once the updates were applied I had a bind issue that had to be resolved but was not an issue of plesk rather Redhat.
