problem installing on new plesk server

we cant seem to install sitebuilder 4 on a new server we just configured:

The System Administrator has set polices to prevent this installation

but im not aware of any settings that would cause this

anyone have any ideas

Are you trying to make installation under administrator account?

Also, please check following section in local policy configuration:
Start -> Run -> gpedit.msc -> Computer Configuration -> Administrator templates -> Windows components -> Windows installer. For example, check "disable windows installer" parameter.

I can also suggest you to check some solution in Internet, as it seems local policy preventing installing the product. Do you have any similar issue with installing any other applications/products with Windows installer?

hi may i know how you solved this problem, i have same problem, i have done all i found in internet regarding to this issue but no one worked for me,
