Problem migrating a server - Plesk 11.0.9 - Debian Squeeze

Hello,

I want to migrate a Plesk install from one server to another :

Server 1 : Plesk 11.0.9 / Debian 6.0 - 64 bits / 4 customers / 9 domains
Server 2 : Plesk 11.0.9 / Debian 6.0 - 64 bits

On both, one Ipv4 shared address and one IPV6 exclusive address

I've tried the migration using the migration manager of Plesk, and a backup of the first server with command line tools. The best I have succeeded to do is to restore server settings and license, customers, subscriptions and domains, admin settings and domains. For the domains, I've recovered mail addresses with the content of the mail boxes, and the databases. I've never been able to restore the content of the websites. When I look in the domains panel of Plesk, I see no "no web hosting" indicated.

What can I do to fix that ?

Thank you

Finally I'm transferring websites files with ftp. All the rest being there (databases, ... ), it works perfectly. I only had to create the web hosting for each domain. None the less, I'd still be curious to know why this web hosting was not created automatically and the files transferred the same way . Could I have missed some manipulation ?

Transfer license from one server to another? I don't know about that...transfer & migration manager is only transfering subscriptions/domains/customers/reseller, it does not touch anything else.

If transfer manager is not working properly, if there are some problems, send a ticket, support team will investigate problem directly on your server, it's hard to figure it out what is wrong on forum discussion.

I don't understand this part:

If you're doing transfer with FTP (why not using shell?), you're doing manual transfer from one server to another, and i apologize if i understood you wrong, but if you're doing manual transfer, web hosting can't be created automatically.

If your clients are using email method IMAP, you can also move all their emails from mailboxes from old server, to the new server.

Perhaps I didn't explain myself correctly :). I've used migration manager, which has an option to transfer the license with the server settings. Most of the items were transferred correctly : server settings and license, customers, domains settings, mail accounts, databases. In fact I've discover that the only thing missing was the content of /var/www/vhosts, and ftp accounts and web space were not set. That's why I've used FXP between the two servers to transfer the remaining files. I hope it's more clear :). Concerning the support, I don't think I'm entitled to any support since I only renew the licence of Plesk each year and from what I remember, support is a supplementary cost.
