  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

PROBLEM: RE: Plesk key update deferral notification

since 2 Days i got also the Plesk key update deferral notification Mail but i have the actual Version and Autoinstaller. A Manual Key update on the Plesk Webinterfaces gives me License key is up-to-date and the Key expiration date is end of April. FW Ports are open and i can ping and telnet to ka.swsoft.com:5224

so what means this now exactly?

Hi all,

you have mixed up several issues in one thread!
- 'failed to check if license is available' should be solved with latest autoinstaller, go ftp://download1.swsoft.com/Plesk/Plesk8.3 and get latest version (going to website is the same)

- as for key notifications; this issue was fixed for win-systems, could someone place here the example of mail, how often it's received?, what exact version and build of Plesk. So, something that will allow to move further;
 
i got the Mail with "Plesk key update deferral notification" last week 4 times once a day and since 2 days not more, just gone....

There were problems while trying to update your Plesk key.
Plesk will continue trying.

there were some upgrades of KA server, so it may be related as some changes were applied.
