TwitterPRODUCT, VERSION: I'm using Plesk 10 on Linux server.
PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: I want to back up to a remote FTP repository but when I try to set up a repository in Plesk it fails each time.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE: When I have tried to setup in Plesk, using details of two different FTP servers I have access to, I get the response "FTP connection failed, please check your FTP settings." I have used the exact same details (host, username, password) that I use to log in successfully using FTP.
Can anybody suggest what my problem might be? Thanks.
