Problem to log into Plesk Administration

Hi,

I have a problem, I have 2 users configured to log in to the Plesk Administration and both of them can't connect !

First one :
Fatal error: Access is denied. (Error code 5) at Connect to pipe in C:\Program Files\SWSoft\Plesk\admin\plib\visibility.php on line 57
=> with this one it seems to connect (because the deconnection button appears in the top right corner...but nothing else)

Second one :
Fatal error: Access is denied. (Error code 5) at Connect to pipe in C:\Program Files\SWSoft\Plesk\admin\plib\common_func.php3 on line 3072
=> Here, there is nothing else as the Error message.

Some ideas of what to do ? I already ran the Plesk Reconfigurator without any success.

Another problem which appears recently (perhaps the beginning of my connection problems) : the AWStats aren't updated for 3 days now !

Problem was solved myself. The Plesk Administrator User didn't had the good rights.
