Issue problem when create database on plesk

hi
I tried to create database but I faced following error

Error: Failed to connect to the database server: SQLSTATE[08001]: [Microsoft][ODBC Driver 17 for SQL Server]Named Pipes Provider: Could not open a connection to SQL Server [5].

how to solved please

MSSQL Server is not installed.

Install MSSQL server via Plesk installer at Tools & Settings > Updates > Add/Remove components

Or install MSSQL manually and add to Plesk according to the following instruction:
