Issue Problem with last plesk update 18.0.26

Good afternoon,

After updating to the latest plesk version 18.0.26 (windows server 2012 R2 standard) the plesk dont respond to admin and the resellers websites down refuse, when enter RDP in the Windows services see the following: pleskstartup service cannot be started (delayed start), try to star manually but dont up, dont see any relevant in logs, any ideas to check? thanks.

Hello

We had this with one of our servers to. i than started inside windows vai RDP the ai.exe update with administrator right and did the update again.
it took quite a while but than plesk control panel was back working.
