problem with migration manager

Hi,

I was in middle of migration, i was migrating 10 domain 10 domain, after in migrated 130 domains from source server to destination now, i could not start new migration and i get following error:

Error: Data migration cannot be started because synchronization of Migration & Transfer Agents is in progress.
and it stay in 50% of Synchronizing and downloading Migration & Transfer Agents.
I rebooted server several time but same problem when begin new migration!
Please help
both servers are windows server 2008 R2 source server is plesk 9.5.5 and destination is plesk 11

I just reinstalled Plesk 11.5 on a brand new CentOS 6.4 + ASL installation and I have the same issure - tried the MySQL edit and it's not working (even after a server reboot).
In my case, I can't even start the migration. It's been stuck at 0% since the first access.

Just for the sake of my good heart (hah!) the solution for my issue was the ptrace function blocked from PAX/grsecurity kernel of Atomicorp's ASL Linux. See this thread (https://atomicorp.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=4629) for informations on how to disable the hardening (essentially, putting kernel.grsecurity.harden_ptrace = 0 in sysctl.conf)
