  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Problem with nameservers on Plesk 11.0.9

I found lots of articles with similar problem, but all of them are not giving a solution for me - cause I think I have already setup everything that way.

I have registered name servers, ns1 and ns2.vojjin.com at Enom, and they are working (tested on Enom). Both are pointed to single IP cause I have only one IP.
On plesk I have setup two domains, vojjin.com and kartanje.com. At registrar, they both use new nameservers ns1 and ns2.vojjin.com.

In DNS settings, here is the list of important records for both domains:

for vojjin.com:

mail.vojjin.com. A 80.86.91.90
ns1.vojjin.com. A 80.86.91.90
ns2.vojjin.com. A 80.86.91.90
vojjin.com. NS ns1.vojjin.com.
vojjin.com. NS ns2.vojjin.com.
vojjin.com. A 80.86.91.90
vojjin.com. MX (10) mail.vojjin.com.
www.vojjin.com. CNAME vojjin.com.

for kartanje.com:

kartanje.com. NS ns1.vojjin.com.
kartanje.com. NS ns2.vojjin.com.
kartanje.com. A 80.86.91.90
kartanje.com. MX (10) mail.kartanje.com.
mail.kartanje.com. A 80.86.91.90
www.kartanje.com. CNAME kartanje.com.

This is how in each post I've seen solution is described, and this were my initial settings. I just can't figure out why this is not working at all. I have checked on intodns.com... nameservers are "not answering" on request... I'm really confused.

Right now it is free versoin of Plesk (up to 10 domains) but I need more, and if I can't find a solution for nameservers, I should consider to move to another panel.

Any thoughts?

Sorry guys, I found out - damn firewall.... Moderator can delete this thread, if possible. Thanks
