Issue Problem with plesk Migrator

Hi, i want to use Plesk Migrator but i can't transfer account with database:

Attempt #3 failed with the following error:
Failed to execute SQL query: The USE database statement failed because the database collation Persian_100_CI_AI is not recognized by older client drivers. Try upgrading the client operating system or applying a service update to the database client software, or use a different collation. See SQL Server Books Online for more information on changing collations. DB-Lib error message 4075, severity 16:

Source server: Windows 2012 - SQL 2012 - FireWall Rule and SA user is Okey - everything check abut network and SQL connection issues
Target server: windows 2016 - SQL 2016
