After upgrade to Ubuntu 12.04 and upgrade to Plesk 11.0.9 the Plesk Admin Panel is not accessible.
I've tried many solutions but nothing works.

    #/etc/init.d/psa start
    #/var/log/sw-cp-server/error_log
What means "DEBBUGER DETECTED... Bye!" ?

    #telnet localhost 8443
    Hope u can help.

    Thanks for your reply.

actually there is Kernel 3.2.0-34-generic loaded.
My vendor confirmed that this is the expected kernel. He says it can be assumed that there is an configuration error.

Could it be that there is some problem with the plesk license key?

I don't think that it is related to license.
