  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Question problem with sitebuilder and plesk

anjabeusak

New Pleskian
It’s about my site https://prosec-finanzen.de/ 1
when I test the contact form in sitejet demo mode it works and emails arrive after 15-20 minutes
but when I test it in the live version I always get an error message

Could not send e-mail

i use plesk and sitejetbuilder

the sitejetbuilder support means ,the problem is at plesk ?

If I fill out the form live and it doesn’t work, this error is stored in the log
POST /api.php/form_container/submit HTTP/1.1
source Apache SSL/TLS access

It seems that the problem may lie in the configuration between Plesk and the mail server. Given that the form works in demo mode but crashes in live mode, it's possible that it's related to a misconfigured or blocked SMTP setting on Plesk. Perhaps check the SMTP or SSL/TLS error logs in Plesk to see if anything is wrong? Another thing to check would be to try sending an email directly out of the form to see if it works, to find out exactly where it's going wrong.
