Hi,
i have a new testserver installed without any load. what can i do? is it possible to make the swap larger?

It would be better to increase the RAM, not swap. If swap is frequently used, it's an indication that RAM is too small.

The / partition should never get close to full, because a full / partition will lead to outages of services such as MariaDB. Make sure you have enough disk space at all times. The rule of thumb is to never load anything in an it system more than 70%.

thank you... okay, yes, my problem was the running backups and a full parition because backups stored in server locally... i'll try it again with more RAM.

And yes, it is possible to configure threshold limits but makes sense to double check that this is exactly what you want
