Problem with uploading banners

Hi Guys,

I am having problems uploading a banner to my site. Every time I upload a banner, the file seems to upload fine, but when I check the drop down list, its not there?

Any suggestions?

Which Sitebuilder version do you have?
In 3.0.2 banner uploading should work fine except following two things:

Version 3.0.2. for linux/unix. I have tried it again. The banners are all jpg, but still no luck. I dont even get an error message. Everything appears to work, but then when I go to find the banner in the list, its not there....

1. Which browser do you use?
2. Could you give me template example (I need just name) on which this issue can be reproduced?

Uploading Banners

I am also having a problem with banners, I can upload the file but it only shows as a small image on the banner and does not replace the old one, what am I doing wrong

Hi Dimitry,

I have tried using Firefox and IE, problem occurs on both. The template I am trying to upload a banner to is: av-087.

Please let me know how you go,

I have checked template av-087 and it appears that banner upload feature is not supported for this template. When I try to upload banner I get following message in left upper corner:

"Banner upload is not supported for this template."

I have also checked av-087 template structure on the server and banners for this template consist of two pictures, so it is not possible to upload banner for it:
