Hi!
I have an private ftp-server (BFTP).
Since I got this for the backup function to use, makes Plesk problems.
When I clicking on Backup-Icon of a Customer, plesk is loading few minutes and cancel loading with message "
Please wait while retrieving information about FTP repository". But no time brings improvement.
The FTP Server ist on a german ADSL2+ Connection (16.000 kbit Download; 1.024 kbit Upload). The access is completly possible when i connect via SHell-FTP-CLient of my Plesk-Server.
Whats the probleme and what can i do to fix them?
