• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Problem with webusers

I just got a new Windows server (all of my servers have been linux with Plesk), and it is a new experience for me. One thing though is that I tried to add a web user, and everything seemed fine and dandy, the directory is added and the permissions seem ok...

but when I ftp in, with the username and password...the directory that I am in is completely empty, and I can't upload a thing to it. When I view the directory through the file manager, there is an index.html file that doesn't even show up when I ftp in. My guess is for some reason the ftp server is dropping me into the wrong directory...anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance!
