Problems installing Plesk

Installing Plesk 8.1 on an uninstalled version of Plesk.

When I get to the part of the installation to set the password for the default administrator account, I get a message.

"Unable to create Plesk administrotr user 'admin' at the external MSSQL server 'localhost' with error: the server principal 'admin'..."

that is all it gives me. Any ideas?

Update: that message I was getting is because the admin login was already created.

It will not let me create the admin account in SQL server. Seems to be an administrative issue, but I have added every possible role to the sa account, and it still doesn't work.

Here is the new eror message, I just wish it would give me more information.

"Unable to create Plesk administrotr user 'admin' at the external MSSQL server 'localhost' with error: User, group, or role 'admin''..."

When I get to this part, it does add 'admin' as a user in SQL Server. No roles or permissions are created though for that account.
