Hey guiys I just upgraded Plesk 7.0.4 to 7.5.4 now I am getting clients along with myself unable to send emails from Outlook.
Webmail sends fine. Emails are received by Outlook fine other than the one account listed below.
but cant send.
Error 1 - sending
Task 'SWH - Support - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC0F) : 'The connection to the server was interrupted. If this problem continues, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'
Error 2 - Checking
Task 'Checking for new mail in subscribed folders on SWH - Support.' reported error (0x8004DF0B) : 'Outlook is unable to download folder (null) from the IMAP e-mail server for account SWH - Support. Error: The connection to the server is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'
