Problems with file manager and web directories and file manager

Hello,

I'm facing problems with Plesk's filemanager and web directories.
I suspect the problem is coming from the same source.

Here are the error messages I get:

With the Web directories:

Unable to create WebDirsList object: Unable to create EffectivePermissions object: filemng failed: Unexpected error

Any help to solve these issues will be appreaciated .

I have the exact same problem. The Planet wants to charge me to fix it but I think it is an upgrade problem from Plesk. I upgraded from 7.5 to 7.6 and have had this problem since then. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
