• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Problems with Firewall

After the upgrade to 7.5.5 we have some problems with the Firewall.

Its seems that if we try to configure the wan settings, the lan settings are reset to default.
Also the other way around: if we try to configuire the lan settings, the wan settings are reset to defaults

Anyone else expreiencing these problems? Any suggestions to fix this?

Plesk uses Windows firewall. But this firewall is very simple and it is not able to set up different settings for different interfaces.

I know, but it has realy two different settings.

The server has 2 network adapters, one on the internet side, and one at the Lan side, When I adjust setting for the Lan side, such as opening the port for RDP, I can't use RDP any longer on the Internet side.

So it has realy 2 different setting, your explenation was true before the upgrade.
