Problems with Incoming Spam

Hi -

I am having problems with Spam coming in to my server, mainly from one IP Address (89.46.135.134), which appears on four Blacklists - two of which are in my DNSBL Lookup. Yet, they still come in.

Contents of DNS zones for DNSBL service:
sbl.spamhaus.org;zen.spamhaus.org;bl.spamcop.net
