Problum with upgrade from 10.2 to 10.4

Loging on to plesk I go to the upgrade section. It has me log on with the server administrator password. I see that there is an update available but when I select to run the update the page tries to load but nothing ever happens. Is there another way to upgrade plesk or is there a log I should look at to see what is going on?

Check that port 8447 is not firewalled.
