probnlem with backup plesk 10.3 10.3.1

i have a problem with my plesk,i backup all clients with plesk 10.3,
reinstall centos and install plesk 10.1 and update to 10.3
upload client backup and when upload size in backup list is 0 bytes,if i donwload this file have 19,6mb
its correct size of backup but in backup list say 0 bytes



when i recover backup and select use data and configuration of backup file and select next,



in the next windows "conflict its blank"



when i select next get the same



and not recover nothing,how to recover ??
its incredible,i extracted all tar files and data its ok,but when i upload get 0 bytes size,but if i donwload files have º19,6mb,correct size

i don understand,how to recover correctly.all my clients angry with my service

I assume as you had Centos and redid the server with Centos, your on Centos 6? But you say you installed 10.1, so you must mean Centos 5? Why not install Centos 6, this is current.

Also put in straight 10.3.1, don't do twice the work of then updating.

From guessing trying to translate what I see it's complaining about signature?

yes is the same server and use Centos 5,its the same server,same os and same plesk version

i test to update to 10.3.1 and dont work,when upload file always the same,i test to upload
manually to dump directory and dont work,always 0 bytes in backup list

i create 8 clients backups and all get the same problem,i dont understand

how to test signature???

Why jot take the opportunity for Centos 6? The libraries and packages are so much newer, I have compiled a lot of current versions of packages without a hassle as the libraries are all new.

If you put on Centos 6 now it will last for years and years.
