Question Providing hosting for my co-students

Hello,

Since i'm a IT student and have a Server running plesk onyx i wanna give my co-Students free hosting on my server. so what is the best way of doing this ? is there a extension that allows me to setup an automate system that handels customer creation etc ?

ps i will give the students a subdomain on my own domain EX: 'bob needs wants hosting se he gets following domain (bob.domain.tld)'
