    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

PSA init script doesn't know mysql

I use OpenSuSE with mysql community version. Today i have updated the server via zypper. MySQL get a new update. Thereafter psa don't start mysql via daemon. Look at this:

Stopping mysql service... not installed

How can i fix this? MySQL Service is installed and is working also.
 
What is your Plesk version? Have you tried bootstrapper repair procedure?

psa.conf:

And exactly all path are set well.

Manual start works well.
 
No, i have updated the server with normal commands like i do since years after this update, Plesk Script doesn't work with mysql.

Database server version 5.5.44
Database server type MySQL
Use this server as default for MySQL Yes

This is my server version actually.

What can i do to solve this problem?
