PSA is running but cannot access web control panel

I cannot access plesk from the web. I go to my site www.xxxxxxx.com:8443 and it redirects me correctly and shows the certificate warning like it usually does however the page never loads. I've tried restarting the system, manually stopping then starting psa but I'm at a loss here.

It was working up until I added a cron job and rebooted, I'm not sure if that had anything to do with it.

The sites are all up and running correctly I just cannot access plesk.

Any suggestions, thoughts, or insights would be greatly appreciated.

I suggest you to check:
/usr/local/psa/admin/logs/httpsd_error_log

Ahh, you are a genius, or I am a complete newbie, probably both! I forgot that I had modified the php.ini file plesk uses, whatever I did messed it up but I had backed it up before hand. Thanks for the error log info, without it I wouldn't have had a clue.
