[PTD-715] Error in Plesk Documentation

I found an error in the Plesk documentation. If a server admin wants to customize the domain registrar or SSL cert provider links, the Plesk documentation lists the commands to run. There are links to Plesk docs for both Linux and Windows. The commands for Linux look fine, but the commands for Windows are wrong. The Plesk docs for Windows actually list the Linux paths instead of the Windows paths.

The correct path should be the following:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\bin
