pulldown selection on contact form

I need to create an pull down input-selection on my contact form.

Now this is not an option under the properties of the contact form.

Is there a possiblitity to program or apply this ?

Are you talking about feedback form? Unfortunately, there is no such a feature as pull-down menu in Parallels Sitebuilder or in it's modules.

I am facing the problem with the feedback form...
I had inserted the feedback form into my website and configured it to send me a mail to my email...
But, when it is filled and submitted, i don't get the mail, even after 10days...!
This causes a great loss of inquiry/customers too...
