Qmail Forwarding

This is my first post, so hello everyone!

Now for my problem:

I have set up some mail redirects within plesk. However, before I set up the redirects, the users had received some mail locally. Is there any way within plesk to get this mail forwarded to the redirect address, or do the users have to empty their mailbox via an email client?

I thought Imp had some kind of resend/reinject button, but it's been a while since I looked at it closely.

Failing that, check out procmail's formail, which can definitely do it; using a shell though.
