I am new here and looking for answers to my few questions which are as follows:

1. Does Plesk Mail supports IMAP?
2. Which Webmail does Plesk come with default.
3. Does Plesk come with default Antivirus and Antispam?
4. Does Plesk has support through phone.
5. Does Plesk give support for mail and site issues?
6. Does Plesk support fail over/redundancy.
7. Which database server does Plesk comes with.
8. What are the Plesk's mail and website components.
9. Can I buy Plesk for one month and later can I extend the same server to 1 year.
10. Do Plesk has Mail and SMS alerts.

Horde and Roundcube

3. Does Plesk come with default Antivirus and Antispam?

Parallels Premium Antivirus and Kaspersky are available as addons
SpamAssassin included and MagicSpam is an addon

4. Does Plesk has support through phone.

5. Does Plesk give support for mail and site issues?

Yes

6. Does Plesk support fail over/redundancy.

No. You can do it on your own, but it is not assisted

7. Which database server does Plesk comes with.

MySQL and PostgreSQL

8. What are the Plesk's mail and website components.

9. Can I buy Plesk for one month and later can I extend the same server to 1 year.

There are monthly licenses and multiyear licenses. You will need to switch to different license to change billing

MailEnable Web Client
SmarterMail Web Client
IceWarp (Merak) Mail Server Web Client
Atmail Open 1.0.5

For Plesk for Linux:

Horde IMP 5
Roundcube 0.8.7
AtMail 1.04
