Issue RDP not working properly

Server operating system version
Windows 2012
Plesk version and microupdate number
18.0.44
RDP automatically closing after installing Plesk. RDP will works only for 1 minutes. after that its will automatically disconnects. this happens only after installing plesk. i tried it many times on normal windows 2012
