PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

We have an issue with one of our Web Presence Builder sites, it was working fine up until yesterday when we made a change to a contact form, when we logged out and logged back in to the editor the entire site had reverted back to a blank template. The live site is still OK and the files appear to be all there in file manager but the WPB config has corrupted.

I have restored the server to a backup from before the issue but the site is still blank when logging into the editor. Any ideas please?

Sorry, what do you mean "blank template"? Is it empty template with simple buttons or it is just blank page? Perhaps in first case site in Plesk was lost and regenerated automatically with this "blank template". In second case it looks like bug somewhere in js or css.
Anyway it would be more effectively if you provide screenshots of this issue.

We have submitted this as a Support call now. The problem :

11.5.30 Update #9 - CentOS 6.4 (Final)

To confirm the exact problem : When we go into edit mode for Web Presence builder several websites have reverted back to having no website (ie all the content has gone and we are left with the create a website page). These sites have not been reset and were all working correctly recently. The content on the websites is still availalable in the httpdocs folder, so websites are still showing.

Posted in the linux 11.5 area as we are now suspecting a Plesk Backup issue. I'm updating this incase any other WPB users have experience it (or may want to test it incase it fails for you and you loose work like we did !!)

It has now been confirmed as a bug in the system, and is as we suspected caused by the image slider (removing the slider as a temp solution means sites restore ok)
