rebuilding mysql database

Hi, I'm hoping somebody here can point me in the right direction...

My server was severely attacked a couple days ago and as a result we had to rebuild it. My backup file was corrupted but at least the database backup was ok. So at the moment I am trying to rebuild the MySQL database using the .myd, .myi & .frm files. I'm hoping I will be able to restore domain info & settings as well as other data that was in the database but I'm not sure how to go about it the best way? Looking at the MySQL docs I found something on using RESTORE TABLE tbl but I'm not sure if this is what I need to do since at the moment there are no databases created?

I also don't want to overwrite any of the plesk tables, since I'm not sure what has changed. (I was running Plesk 6 before the attack and have now upgraded to 7.5.1)

Any help is much appreciated.

Thanks
