Issue Recover Horde email

Hi everyone,
I'm new to this forum - I've surfed the net before posting looking for a solution but I wasn't able to find that.
Here's my hopeless request.
I've accidentaly deleted some mails from a mailbox in Horde. Is there I way to recover them? The problem is that I purchased a shared hosting plan from a low cost provider and he's asking me more than 100$ to do that.
It seems to be the only solution since I think I have no way to access the server. I have backups of the website files only /httpdocs folder).

The e-mails can only be recovered from a backup set that includes backups of mailboxes. There is no other easy solution that a webspace user can apply.
