Red question Mark next to subscriptions

Hi,

We have got red question marks next to a couple of subscriptions on our panel. The Billing Manager looks alright but these 2 subscriptions have the red question marks. Could anyone please help us with this?

Looks like that one or several resources of subscription are exceeded. Have you tried to put mouse pointer over this red question mark?
