redhat 9 - mod_php segfault on fsockopen()

I manage a lot of servers RH 9
After update all servers have a really problem:
mod_php crush when php code try call fsocketopen() function
It is pervent for work with a webmail and cause more another problems

Where I can recive rpm with fixed version mod_php?

Same issue here. A bunch of apps just stopped working inclusing webmail. Can not send mail from webmail as a result of fsockopen
