Issue Redirecting back to power user view

New Pleskian
Server operating system version
Debian 12
Plesk version and microupdate number
18.0.70 Update #2
every time i go into service provider view in plesk, it just switches me back to power user view as soon as i try to do anything – like changing a service plan, assigning one to a subscription, etc. it doesn't matter what action i take, the second i click anything that should open in service provider view, it redirects me back to power user mode.

i’ve already cleared my browser cache and cookies, tried different browsers, even logged in from a different device – same issue. it’s like plesk refuses to stay in service provider view.

anyone know what could be causing this or how to force it to stay in service provider mode?

Hello, @chazza . To me, it sounds like the Default Plesk Interface is set as Power User view for the license in Partner Central. If you are a Plesk partner, please check the configuration in your Partner Central:

If you purchased the license from a third-party Plesk partner, please get in touch with them and ask them if there are any customizations applied from their end. I hope that helps.

nope, it's not that.

i can change stay in service provider view when clicking on other tabs, but its specifically the 'subscriptions' and 'serivce plans' tabs

This does sound like the behavior of Plesk has been modified/customized. Which also ties-in with the other issues/limitations you posted about in your other threads.

Did you contact you license provider to ask them about this behavior (and the other limitations)?
