Regional settings and MSSQL collation issue

Hello!

We received the following request from customer in order for his website to function properly:

Go to the control panel of your Windows Server change Regional Settings so that the default language iS Greek.
Also, change the collation of Microsoft SQL Server to Greek-Accent Insensitive-Case Insensitive.

Will these create any problems to the rest of the websites that are hosted on the server? And if no can anyone guide me on how to change the collation of the Microsoft SQL Server?

do you want to change it for one database or do you want to change it for single database?

The best thing would be to change it only for the database of the customers account.
