Remote managemant error after update

What version did you upgrade from?
What OS do you use?
Is port 8443 opened on your server?
 
Well, I'm using Windows 2008 R2 and this port is the port that I use to acess the local console.
But why the port was changed?

It looks like you've installed Customer & Business Manager with this upgrade. CBM uses Single Sign-On service to provide transparent navigation between Business manager and the Panel and it works on port 8443 only.

To fix the issue
a) make sure that port 8443 is opened for connections,
b) make sure that domain 'xxxxxx.com.br' resolves correctly into IP both on your client machine and on server
c) run %plesk-dir%\admin\bin\billing-integration --command=repair-all --hostname=xxxxxx.com.br --idp-url=https://xxxxxx.com.br:8443

I oppend the port TCP 8443, the domain is reolved on client and in a server, I ran the C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\bin\billing-integration --command=repair-all --hostname=pacon.com.br --idp-url=https://pacon.com.br:8443
A CMD windows openned for few seconds, but I still cant open the remote console.

I wont use billing integration... can I unninstall it? How can I do this? If I unninstall it, the port 8088 at end of address gonna work again?
